Planning a wedding can be an intricate process, often accompanied by feelings of excitement and perhaps a touch of intimidation. To simplify this journey, we have gathered a selection of frequently asked questions from our valued clients, addressing common concerns and queries. 1. Turnaround Time for Wedding Media

Q: What is the typical turnaround time for my wedding photos and videos?

A: The initial delivery time for wedding photos is typically 5 weeks, allowing you the opportunity to review and request adjustments. Similarly, wedding videos are usually ready within 6 weeks of your special day. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction, hence any requested adjustments will be promptly incorporated into the final delivery.

2. Weather Contingency

Q: What if it rains on my wedding day?

A: Rain or shine, our team is prepared to capture the magic of your day. We come equipped with umbrellas and specialized camera gear to adapt to any weather conditions.

 

3. Video Length

Q: How long are the wedding videos?

A: The duration of your video depends on the package you select. Specific details can be found in the package contents, accessible through the provided link.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

A: If cancellation occurs at least one week prior to the wedding, only the £100 security deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within one week of the wedding are subject to non-refundable additional payments towards the package.

 

5. Booking Timing

Q: How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer/videographer?

A: We recommend booking your photographer/videographer at least 8 weeks before your ceremony to secure your preferred date.

 

6. Destination Wedding Services

Q: Do you offer destination wedding photography services?

A: Yes, we have experience capturing weddings in various destinations including Morocco, Spain, Greece, and Scotland.

 

7. Photographer Selection

Q: Can we request a specific photographer?

A: Unfortunately, specific team member requests are not possible. However, our entire team is trained to maintain a consistent style across all projects.

 

8. Multi-day Wedding Accommodation

Q: How do you accommodate multi-day weddings?

A: Our packages are designed to accommodate ceremonies of varying durations, ensuring flexibility to suit your unique needs.

 

9. Consultation Availability

Q: Can we schedule an in-person consultation?

A: Yes, consultations are mandatory to better understand your requirements for the day. We value the opportunity to discuss your vision in person.

 

10. Customized Shots

Q: Can we request specific shots or poses for our wedding photos?

A: Absolutely! During your consultation, we'll explore various poses and styles to tailor our approach to your preferences.

 

11. Pre-wedding Sessions

Q: Do you offer pre-wedding or engagement photo sessions?

A: Yes, we offer both pre-wedding and engagement sessions as standalone services, not tied to any packages.

 

12. Media Format

Q: In what formats will I receive my wedding photos/videos?

A: Every customer will receive all photos via an online link and a TGM branded USB. Wedding videos are also delivered via a 5" Premium VideoBook, while photographs are provided in 30x30cm photobook.

13. Language and Team Size

Q: What languages does your team speak, and how large is your team?

A: Our multi-national team is proficient in English, French, Ga, Ewe, and Twi. We consist of 3 photographers, 3 videographers, and 4 post-production professionals.

 

14. Revisions and Edits

Q: What happens if I want revisions to my media?

A: Following the initial delivery, you can request revisions, and our team will accommodate your feedback. Revised content will be delivered with a new final delivery date.

 

15. Delayed Edits

Q: What if my edit is delayed?

A: If your edit is delayed, we'll communicate the reason and provide a new timeline for final delivery via email or WhatsApp.

16. Post-wedding Add-ons

Q: Can I make add-ons to my package after the wedding?

A: Yes, add-ons such as Photobooks, Videobooks, and social media reels can be incorporated after your wedding day.
